Appellation: The Saint-Chinian appellation is considered to be the oldest wine-making area in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. It is located on the foothills of the Massif Central highland region.

Estate: The Belles Courbes vineyards is at the very heart of the Saint-Chinian region. Jacques and Mireille Tournant, the former being an oenologist in a school in Bordeaux,, still pick the grapes by hand and respect traditional wine making procedures.
Grapes: Carignan, Grenache and Syrah
Did you know?: Biodynamic vineyard means that the winemaker adopts a sustainable behavior, and work according to the environment, the soil and the weather. that Chateau Neuf du Pape is the only appellation that is allowed to blend 13 grapes varieties in one bottle.
Specifications
Deep red with dark garnet reflections
Pleasant black fruit aromas with notes of liquorice, vanilla and spices
Frank and ample attack with silky, extremely fine tannins. The finish is wonderfully velvety and everlasting. A true gem from the Languedoc-Roussillon region!
