Appellation: Ruchottes-Chambertin is a Grand Cru vineyard and corresponding appellation of the Cote de Nuits in Burgundy. The Ruchottes-Chambertin appellation was created in July 1937, along with its eight Grand Cru neighbors. It currently produces around 13,500 bottles of wine per year, from 3 hectares of vines

The two winemakers families came together with a common passion for wines in 1950. Nowadays, Marchand-Grillot estate is a reference in Burgundy. Every plot of the vineyard is vinified separately to maintain the authenticity of the terroir.

A nose which opens slowly before letting out an exceptional aromatic palette: raspberry, ripe cherry, strawberry, plum, honeysuckle, vanilla, zen, fresh mushrooms
Elegance, complexity, freshness. Fine tannins. Still young but with an incredible potential if you are patient enough to keep it in your cellar
