Sommelier's Notes A well balanced Rosé from Languedoc that is round and fruity. Directly from the vineyard. Exclusively on The French Cellar.

Appellation: The predominant grape varieties used in AOC Minervois wines are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which must collectively make up at least 60% of the blend, possibly complemented by Carignan and Cinsault. Bourboulenc.

Estate: Le Château de Bagnoles, former outbuilding of the Caunes abbey moines, is a family property since the XVth century. The Panis-Mialhe family is passionate about viticulture. Combining traditional values respect with modernity, culture techniques have obviously improved over the generations.

Pale rose color with crystalline reflections
A flattering bouquet, expressive, intense and fruity. Red berries hints (Wild Strawberry, Redcurrant), Light spices , and peaches notes.
A clear attack, balanced with the roundness, and delicate notes of fruitiness. Fresh and consistent finish.
Wine service temperature : 8°C. Maturity : ready to drink, up to 1 years cellaring.
