Coteaux du Languedoc is a large appellation, from Narbonne in the west to the edge of Camargue in the east and up to the Cévennes mountains

A biodynamic estate  created in 1989, 36 km northwest of Montpellier, by Sylvain Fadat. Sylvain is a from a family of winemakers for over 5 centuries

Grapes

40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre
