Appellation: Languedoc is France’s largest wine producing region and is located in the south, the sunniest area in France. Due to the sun, wines from Languedoc are very often full of strong fruity aromas.
Estate: Domaine Galtier is an estate bought by the Galtier-Carbonne family in 1948. Spanning a total of 30 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares are in the Languedoc Appellation and the rest in the St-Chinian Appellation. The cellar has been modernised with a shop and summer promenade sessions.
Grapes: 60% Syrah,35% Grenache,5% Mourvèdre
