Appellation: Languedoc is France’s largest wine producing region and is located in the south, the sunniest area in France. Due to the sun, wines from Languedoc are very often full of strong fruity aromas.

Estate: Domaine Galtier is an estate bought by the Galtier-Carbonne family in 1948. Spanning a total of 30 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares are in the Languedoc Appellation and the rest in the St-Chinian Appellation. The cellar has been modernised with a shop and summer promenade sessions.
Grapes: 15% Roussanne, 50% Grenache, 5% Viognier and 30% Marsanne

Beautiful pale gold with shiny silver reflects
Marvelous aromatic nose. It opens with peach (white fruits), pineapple (exotic fruits) and grapefruit (citric fruits) aromas as well as some notes of minerality from the soil.
The attack is fruity and gentle on the palate. Its richness engulfs the tongue and finishes off with minerality and slight saltiness. Perfectly well-balanced and full of surprises!
Wine service temperature : 8°. Maturity : ready to drink, up to 4 years cellaring.
