Beautiful shiny crimson with red reflections
The nose is pleasurably fresh with a good aromatic intensity with a charming side. It opens on notes of black fruits like blueberry and blackcurrant, as well as lightly spicy notes like white pepper or musk, fresh mushrooms.
The attack is souple with a dense, juicy, envelope matter with ripe balanced tannins. An elegant wine where the aging in vats gives a fresh and digestible dimension. The finish extends itself slowly in time only to leave us a good sensation of mashed black fruits.
Wine service temperature: 16°. Maturity: ready to drink, up to 8 years cellaring
Game Salad, Roasted Duck and Matured rib steak
