Appellation: Pauillac is part of Haut-Médoc in Bordeaux, on the left bank of the Gironde. Pauillac contains around 1200 hectares of vineyards. Cabernet Sauvignon is the predominant grape.

Estate: A splendid estate of 200 hectares, classified Grand Cru Classé (Great Growth) including 60 hectares of vineyards, split between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Exceptional work has to be done in the vineyard and in cellar to produce this constant quality every year.
Grapes: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot
Beautiful garnet dark color with red reflections
An expressive nose after a few minutes with notes of black fruits (ripe blackcurrant), macerated red fruits, fresh mushrooms and toasted bread. Very nice!
Smooth attack with silky tannins. Very aromatic with notes of jammy red fruits and dresh vanilla. Long and pleasant finish
