Appellation

Blanc de Blancs, made from made from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay, is white Champagne made exclusively from white-wine grapes; the phrase Blanc de Blancs is French for "white of whites".

Estate

The vineyard is located in Montgueux, near Troyes (former capital of champagne), a beautiful land of chalk, formerly known as the “Montrachet” of Champagne. Emmanuel Lassaigne took over his father in 2003, with an authentic and biological farming. Wines are really pure (less than 2g of sugar per liter, which is really rare in Champagne).
