Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume, Domaine Christophe, 2012

A superb Chablis Premier Cru! Enjoy it right now and keep some bottles a few years in your cellar. I’m a fan of this estate, Sébastien Christophe is a remarkable winemaker. Directly from the vineyard. Exclusively on The French Cellar

12 hectares of vines managed with passion by Sebastien Christophe since 1999. Careful work in the vineyard, with subtle winemaking, and a reasonable use of new wooden barrels. There is only one objective: to get the very best out of the terroir. Authentically.
