The Chablis region is the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region. The vineyards are classified into four tiers of quality: Chablis Grand Cru, Chablis Premier Cru, Chablis and Petit Chablis. All Chablis is made 100% from the Chardonnay grape.


12 hectares of vines managed with passion by Sebastien Christophe since 1999. Careful work in the vineyard, with subtle winemaking, and a reasonable use of new wooden barrels. There is only one objective: to get the very best out of the terroir. Authentically.

Beautiful brilliant yellow with light green reflections
Take your time: swirl it, smell it, again and again... A typical minerality from a good Chablis: citrus, white fruits and flowers such as acacia
Intense, sharp, firm. Round, fruity, with a very nice finish. Powerful and elegant! An excellent Chablis!
