Intense dark crimson red, opaque with red reflections
Pleasant nose of intense vanilla flavours, with, floral (violet) and fruity (redcurrant, wild blackberry, blueberry) aromas. Hints of mint complete this structured nose.
The attack is souple with a dense, juicy, envelope matter with ripe balanced tannins. An elegant wine where the aging in vats gives a fresh and digestible dimension. The finish extends itself slowly in time only to leave us a good sensation of mashed black fruits.
