Cremant de Bourgogne is the appellation for sparkling wines of Burgundy. Blanc de Noir (literally "white from black” in French) means the sparkling is from the white juice of black-skinned Pinot Noir grapes

Estate

Laurent Cognard started in 1997 with a small area of 0.68 hectare of vines. Today the area reaches 8 hectares on different Burgundian appellations

Golden yellow color, with fine and regular bubbles
Flattering nose, rich, fruity, floral and fresh. A beautiful myriad of white fruits
Lively attack, rich and fresh palate. Bubbles are persistent and delicate. Persistent and refreshing finish
