The French Cellar Pte Ltd is a Singaporean company (registration number: 201316993H ). The selection, rigorous and demanding, is done in France by our sommelier Nicolas Rebut. We select only high quality wines, and directly import them from the vineyards.
You will receive some wine tasting notes as well to enhance your wine tasting experience. Wines and tasting notes are delivered to your door, every month!

All your purchases must be made directly on our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, with a billing address in Singapore.
– No commitment subscription: the first month is paid at the time of purchase, then every month at the same day. However, you can unsubscribe whenever you want, and right from the first month.
– Fixed duration subscription (6, 12 months): the subscriptions are charged in one time at the time of the purchase.
The first delivery of your wine subscription box is within 5 days, then every month.
You will receive a text message with your delivery day and a tracking number before delivery. In case of absence, we re-deliver for free.
Delivery is done during weekday or weekend, morning, afternoon or evening.

You can at any time change the address of your subscription by going to My Account and then Manage my subscriptions. Make sure you change this information before the 10th of each delivery month.
Of course! After discovering the wines, you can buy the ones you loved and many others on the ‘Shop’ page, taking advantage of our special prices exclusively for our members. Purchase is of case of 2 bottles minimum.
Yes, the shop is available to everyone at a regular price (and at a discounted price for members).
It’s very simple to offer an unforgettable gift to your friends or loved ones. When you purchase the gift, you can give him/her the gift card yourself (digital card) or we can send him/her the card directly at the date you want.
If we send him/her the gift card, the gift recipient is notified, at the time you choose, by email of your gift and receive an activation code that will allow him/her to start the subscription. The recipient will then enter the activation code by clicking on the Gift tab of our website to start his/her gift subscription.

Simply get the activation code which is in your card, then enter it in the space provided for this purpose by clicking on the Gift tab of our website (Redeem a Gift, on the left on the Homepage). Make sure you have started your subscription (or activated your gift). The delivery of the first box happens around the 15th of the following month (i.e. you subscribe in October, you receive your first box around the 15th of November then each month, (i.e. 15th December, etc.) until the end of your subscription. If you have a problem, contact us so we can check the status of your order.

The French Cellar Guarantee: If you suspect that a wine is affected by a quality issue please contact us. Two thirds of the bottle has to be kept for assessment by our team. We will be more than happy to discuss the wine and resolve the matter to your full satisfaction. The wine can be replaced, or if that wine is not available, we will provide a similar wine, or give you a refund.
