The French Cellar & The Oyster Cart – French Wines & Oysters made-in-heaven pairings – 8 July 2015

We have prepared a special event for you: French wines and Oysters pairings.

We will taste 5 beautiful wines from our “Vineyard Gems“, from 5 French regions! Our exclusive wines are selected in France by Nicolas Rebut, our 3-star Michelin sommelier.

Like wine, oysters produced in different regions have their own unique taste, appearance, color and flavor. Today, there are at least two hundred unique oyster appellations in the world each producing oysters with a distinct and often dazzling flavor. Our specially selected Oysters originate from well known Terriors such as the Canada Fanny Bay, Australia Coffinbay, France and Eastern United States.

The event will be Wednesday 8 July from 7pm to 9pm at Three Bistro (6 Raffles Blvd, Marina Square, Singapore)

We will learn more about wine tasting with our sommelier’s tasting guide and the Aroma Kit “Le Nez du Vin” to train our nose and discover aromas to find in wines.
